Jerome Lordet

Jerome was trained in France under Bruno Pittini of Jacques Dessange, the all-time greats of the French hair salon world, who also brought Frederic Fekkai with them when they moved operations to New York.

Since his early years, Jerome has been a go-to stylist for generations of fashion and beauty icons, from Racquel Welch and Bianca Jagger to Jessica Simpson and Sandra Bullock. Throughout his career, he has been a go-to event stylist for top models and celebrities, worked backstage at NYFW for countless seasons, and been an in-demand editorial stylist for fashion magazines.

Lordet spent 25 years of his career in the US at the iconic Pierre Michel Salon, eventually becoming director.

Jerome’s technique has always focused on “wash and wear” cuts – he excels in creating a natural, feminine, no-fuss look. His use of the French technique of controlled cutting creates hair styles that easily suit each client’s appearance and lifestyle.

About the Jerome Lordet Salon

After 25 years building a dedicated clientele in New York, Jerome Lordet opens the doors to his first namesake salon in February 2024. The full-service salon features a team of 25 hair stylists, colorists, and specialists as well as an expert team of manicurists, facialists, brow groomers.

Prior to opening Jerome Lordet Salon, Jerome was the Director of Pierre Michel Salon, a NYC beauty institution, who closed their doors after more than 50 years in 2024 with ​Pierre Ouaknine & Michel Obadia’s retirement. Jerome brings his entire team from PM with him.
